The Holy Spirit
appeared in the form of a dove. A white dove carried to Noah the hope of the future and a branch of peace. They are the exultation of love in the Song of Solomon. Releasing them is an act of faith, of surrender, release, acceptance, and letting go.

Northwest Arkansas Weddings

What could be more romantic than a cloud of doves rising in celebration as you begin your new life together? We will gladly work with you or your wedding planner. Packages begin at $150.

Options are unlimited. Here are some ideas:

  • Set a display with a pair of doves at your church entrance, near the guest book, and set the stage for a dove themed wedding. Display other doves inside around the alter as part of your decorations, to symbolize purity and the presence of the holy spirit. When you leave the church as a couple, pause to release the two caged doves at the door.

  • Instead of throwing rice, couple is greeted by a celebration of a whole flock of doves rising before them as they leave the church and guests look on.

  • Outdoor weddings or receptions can make releasing a pair of doves part of the symbolism of the ceremony of becoming a couple and beginning your journey into the unknown together.

  • Parents can symbolize 'giving away' their newly-weds by releasing the a pair  of doves that fly away home together.

  • Wedding ceremony doves may be moved to the reception site for guests to enjoy for the remainder of the celebration.

  • Work with your photographer to artfully display doves for a lovely touch in your wedding photos. Hand tamed dove may be used in wedding portraits.

  • A flock of Doves may be released at outdoor ceremonies at the moment your are pronounced a couple (right after you kiss, of course. We wouldn't want to distract you!)
